Great health care for your pet will have some costs. To keep our clinic operational we are unable to provide accounts but do offer various payment options. We will always require complete invoice payment upon patient discharge when you collect your pet to take home. Often for non-routine procedures and hospitalisation we do require a deposit amount of approximately half the estimated cost of the expected procedures or treatment. 

Payment options readily available include cash, cheque, credit or debit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Eftpos. We do not accept American Express or Humm Tap.

1. VETPAY -$300 Minimum Spend

  • Pre-approval required
  • 10% deposit required for each contract ($300-$1000)
  • 20% deposit required for each contract (above $1000)

2. HUMM Little Things-No Minimum Spend

  • Pre-approval required and download app on your phone
  • No deposit required at clinic, however payments start immediately

  • 10 % deposit required

We are also a Trupanion Pet Insurance Accepted Partner- Trupanion can pay us directly for approved visits.
